The partial equitization of debt for Solocal, a company specialising in advertising and digital marketing, has successfully completed. As a result, the Group will receive cash proceeds for an amount of €85 million (net of the Support Fee) and will reduce its gross indebtedness by approximately €260 million, down to around €256 million.
GLAS SAS, our Parisian operation, acted as Restructuring Agent on the transaction. The GLAS deal team was led by GLAS SAS Country Manager Aymeric Mahe and Senior Transaction Manager Olivier Dano, with assistance from Paul Cattermole and Aric Kay-Russel on our Capital Markets Team, and Georgios Vrentzos, Namrata Deboo and Shahaana Kulendran from our Business Solutions team.
GLAS had previously acted as Trustee on the Solocal Group’s 2016 restructuring.

Restructuration de dette Solocal complétée avec succès

La restructuration partielle, par compensation de créance, de la dette de Solocal, a été finalisée avec succès. Solocal, est spécialisé dans la publicité et le marketing numérique. En conséquence, le groupe reçoit 85 millions d’euros de liquidités et réduit son endettement brut d’environ 260 millions d’euros, à environ 256 millions d’euros.
GLAS SAS, notre bureau parisien, a agi en tant qu’Agent de Restructuration sur l’opération.
