GLAS has recently been appointed by HEMA to act as Tabulation Agent for the Lock-Up Agreement. HEMA is a Dutch variety store-chain.
Noteholders that have not yet signed the Lock-Up Agreement and wish to support the Transaction will need to complete and execute an accession deed to the Lock-Up Agreement in their capacity as Noteholder and provide evidence of their beneficial holdings to GLAS as soon as possible and in any event by no later than 10 August 2020.
