GLAS Appointed Agent for Lecta Limited Consent Solicitation

London, June 2020

A GLAS entity has been appointed Information, Calculation and Tabulation Agent on Lecta Limited’s Proposed Recapitalisation involving the issue of EUR 50 million of New Shares, EUR 55,555,555 of New Senior Secured Notes and New Warrants, concurrently with the cancellation in full of the Lecta Group’s existing EUR 100,000,000 Junior Notes.

GLAS has been involved with the Lecta Group for some time, having been appointed Trustee, Security Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar and Transfer Agent on the Group’s EUR 200 million Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and EUR 100 million Junior Notes due 2028, as well as the Facility Agent on the Group’s EUR 60 million Term Loan and EUR 55 million Revolving Credit Facility.
