GLAS has recently been appointed Successor Facility Agent and Successor Security Agent for Moby S.p.A. by the Majority Lenders pursuant to a deed of resignation and appointment.
Moby S.p.A. is an Italian shipping company that operates ferries and cruiseferries between the Italian or French mainland and the islands of Elba, Sardinia and Corsica.
