GLAS has recently been appointed DIP Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent for Quorum Health Corporation’s US$100 million DIP Term Loan Facility.
Quorum Health is an operator of general acute care hospitals across the United States. Quorum also operates Quorum Health Resources, LLC, a hospital management advisory and consulting services business.
