London, May 2018 – GLAS was appointed Global Agent, Facility Agent and Security Agent on Interserve Group Holdings Limited’s £291 million Term and Instrument Facility. Interserve PLC signed off on its full debt refinancing, secured with borrowing facilities equalling £834 million.
