Update – Announcement of proposed scheme of arrangement pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006
Further to the announcement made on 11 June 2020, a link to which is here, the Joint Administrators of African Minerals Limited (the “Company”) have today issued the necessary Court documents in order to seek directions from the Court as to the convening and conduct of a meeting of the Company’s Scheme Creditors (being substantially all persons with a provable claim in the Company’s administration) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving a scheme of arrangement (the “Scheme”). A convening hearing in respect of the Scheme is listed to be heard in the High Court on 29 June 2020 at a time to be confirmed by the Court.

Creditors who believe they have a provable claim in the Administration, but have not yet submitted a proof of debt, are urged to do so as soon as possible using the following Proof of Debt form below and returning it to the Joint Administrators using the email addresses provided in the form:
From 29 June 2020, further updates will be found on the Scheme Website (https://glas.agency/african-minerals-limited/) that has been set by GLAS Specialist Services Limited (acting as the Information Agent for the Scheme for the purpose of the Scheme).
