Mia Drennan is the founder of GLAS and our Co-Chair and President. Mia has over twenty years’ experience in the Capital Markets with specific experience working within Corporate Trust and Agency.

Brian has practised finance law for over 20 years and has worked on a wide range of financing transactions advising lenders and borrowers.

Stuart held senior roles at BNP Paribas, including client development and managing the structured products and loan solutions group.

Joanne has over 23 years’ experience in both the Loan and Debt Capital Markets and is responsible for the European, Middle Eastern and African side of the business.

Aymeric has worked for several years at major international law firms in Paris and London before joining the transaction debt finance teams at Deutsche Bank and UBS AG in London.

Ethan is a seasoned industry executive who brings much relevant sector expertise to GLAS.

Fiona Gauthier is Head of Business Operations Germany at GLAS and supports the leadership of GLAS SAS in the development of the German office.

Jens-Peter Wulf has served as General Counsel at XTP AG, a financial services consulting company and Head of Legal & Compliance for EMEA at Avaloq, a Swiss banking software/IT company.

Kate both leads the GLAS Australia business and acts as GLAS Australia’s General Counsel.

Deion joined GLAS from Lloyds Banking Group where he was a Relationship Manager in a European market leading team looking after a diverse portfolio of sophisticated Private Asset Managers.

Adrian has extensive loan market experience working in Investment Banking and Asset Management.

Clement focuses on French market coverage for our Paris operation, GLAS SAS. Prior to joining GLAS, Clement was a Sales Manager at BNP Paribas Securities Service.

Alan joined GLAS from Lloyds Banking Group where he was an Associate Director within the Global Corporates TE Team focusing primarily on the Entrepreneurs/Family Office sector.

Yana has over two decades of managing significant portfolios and client relationships, with extensive experience in both the Corporate Trust and Loan Agency space.

Luke is a trust and agency specialist with particular experience in Corporate Debt, Project Finance, Loan Agency and Escrow Services.

Iuliia has held various other Business Development positions across the Financial Services, Recruitment and Retail sectors.

Luke previously worked in a Business Development role within the Agency & Trustee sector for 2 years prior to joining GLAS.

Tiffany Teves is an experienced Business Development Associate specializing in expanding market share and cultivating relationships across the Americas.

Arbri Shameti is based out of New York and sits on the Business Development team helping GLAS grow across the Americas.

Maryam Torabi is a Senior Business Development Manager in Australia covering the Asia Pacific region.
